You can try the following to improve the results:
  • Check that you have entered your information in the right field.
  • Check that you have followed the conventions suggested, for example, that you have entered dates as DD/MM/YYYY.
  • Check that you haven't used capital letters anywhere. For example you haven't written 'AND'.
