What time does the event open?
Gates open at 10am, with the arena displays starting at 11.30am.
Please note car parks will not open until 9am.

Which Tanks will be on show/in the arena?
The British Army will be displaying their latest vehicles and the museum will show case:
British Display: Mk4, Matilda 1, Valentine, Comet, Centurion, Chieftain, Challenger 1 and 2
Tank Centenary Display: Sherman, M60, Leopard 1, Leopard 2 (Dutch Army)  (subject to change!)

Is Tank 100 an outdoor event?
Yes, the event takes place outside, please be prepared for all weather. Don't forget your sunscreen and your rain coat/umbrella!

Can I use my annual pass for admission to Tank 100?
No, annual passes are NOT valid, please purchase a ticket here.

Will there be a bus service to the train station?
Unfortunately there is not a regular bus service to the Museum. Local taxi companies - EZ Riders – 01929 556575, CC Cars - 07766 816047, Garrison Cabs – 01929 463395

Is the event accessible to people in wheelchairs?
Yes, there are lifts and/or ramps available in the main Museum & vehicle conservation centre. Please note some outdoor surfaces around site are uneven.

What is the cost for the Military and their families?
MOD90 card holders are allowed complimentary entry to the event. General Admission prices apply to other family members and those without MOD90 cards.

Is there Disabled Parking?
Yes, Disabled Parking is available within the Museum grounds, please follow the road signs & ensure you display your blue badge.

Is there a cash machine onsite?
Yes, there is a free cash machine inside the main Museum building.

Can I look around the Museum & Vehicle Conservation Centre for my entrance fee?
Yes, your ticket includes access to the Museum and Vehicle Conservation Centre, with full access to the floor. 

What is the Vehicle Conservation Centre?
The Vehicle Conservation Centre is a temperature controlled storage area of non-displayed tanks.

Are catering facilities available?
In addition to the Museum restaurant and café, there is a selection of caterer’s onsite, ranging from burgers to healthy salads.

Am I allowed to bring my dog to Tank 100?
Regretfully, dogs are not allowed onsite, with the exception of disability assistance dogs. We ask owners not to leave dogs in their vehicles.

Can I come along dressed in soldier uniform?
Military uniforms may not be worn unless you are serving soldier or a member of a re-enactor group participating in an event.

Gift Aid
As a registered charity we can reclaim tax on your admission payment if made by a UK tax payer.

If I book a Tank 100 ticket in July, when does my annual pass start?
The first time you visit the museum is when your annual pass starts, EG: If you buy your ticket in July and come to the museum in September, this is when your annual pass starts.
