For the second time The Tank Museum is hosting the Wheels of Steel ride in event, to end off the season. This fundraising ride in provides a great social atmosphere with proceeds going to The Tank Museum and other local charities.

Our last Tanks in Action Display of the summer holidays will take place in our Kuwait Arena with life like explosions, thundering engines and expert commentary. Not to be missed!
The Flying Millyard The Flying Millyard, an impressive hand built motorcycle, will also be in attendance at Wheels of Steel for visitors to take a look at.
Can-Am Car Club
We will also be having the Can-Am Car Club in attendance for the event, they are a car club for all American & Canadian vehicles. The club includes a good mix of cars - from the old to the nearly new, such as; a real police car, a car that was featured in the Breaking Bad series and also a limited edition Chevy "Bumblebee" from the Transformers movie 'Dark of the Moon'.
Riders should expect to pay £2 on the day to park their bike in the Museum's car park.
The option to purchase a ride in and discounted Museum entry ticket on this day is available for £11.
The ride in will take place between 9am - 4pm and the Museum will be open as usual 10am - 5pm.
Please note that the last bike admission to the ride in will be at 3.30pm.
Riders can benefit from a discounted entry rate of £11 to the Museum on this day, which gives them access to the whole site, Tanks in Action Display and also the Vehicle Conservation Centre. However, this will not include an Annual Pass. If you wish to purchase the Annual Pass you will need to pay the normal admission fee of £13. The ride-in only will cost £2.
Bikes are left at their owners risk and we advise that riders bring sufficient stands or pucks for parking on grass.

Please note that pre-registration for this area at Wheels of Steel 2016 is now full. Classic bike arrivals on the day will be accommodated where possible, but may have to park with modern bikes and vehicles if we are at capacity and will be subject to the standard event charges.
